Recruitment of participants for the "Find a Job - professional activation of people with disabilities" project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) is underway as part of the "We will overcome barriers" competition co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON). The aim of the project throughout its duration is to enable 200 people with disabilities to enter the labor market by preparing an Individual Action Plan (IPD) and implementing the resulting activities.
The project is addressed to people who want to change their situation on the labor market and meet all of the following conditions:
– Having a certified disability – documented by a certificate of a significant, moderate or slight degree of disability (or an equivalent certificate);
– At the age of professional activity, i.e. in the range of 18-60 years for women and 18-65 years for men;
– Professionally inactive (this should be understood as an unemployed person or job seeker who does not perform any paid work, registered or unregistered with the Labor Office);
– Living in the following voivodeships: Masovian Voivodeship (10), Podlaskie Voivodeship (10), Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship (10), Silesian Voivodeship (10), Lesser Poland Voivodeship (10), Pomeranian Voivodeship (10), Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (10) and Greater Poland Voivodeship (10);
– Not participating in other projects financed from PFRON funds aimed at professional activation of people with disabilities.
As part of the project, we offer the following support free of charge:
– preparation and implementation of an Individual Action Plan (IPD) developed during meetings with a psychologist and career advisor (8 hours),
– psychological, mentoring or legal support depending on the recommendation of a psychologist and career advisor (3 hours),
– employment agent support (30h),
– financing of a selected vocational or specialization course/training in order to improve professional qualifications (for 48 Participants) along with a training scholarship during the training under specified conditions,
– three-month activation internships with an internship scholarship in the amount of PLN 1,489 gross (for 32 Participants), paid under certain conditions,
– assistant support during the internship (24 hours).
– reimbursement of travel costs to the place of internship/training under certain conditions.
The support offered will depend on an individually developed career path based on the Participant's needs and predispositions.
Due to the epidemic situation, support will be provided remotely.

As a result of the proceedings conducted on May 17, 2021, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Agnieszka Kiełbus in the province Mazowieckie and Podlaskie, and the contractor, i.e. Psychocenter Foundation in the province Greater Poland, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian, Silesian and Lesser Poland.
As a result of the proceedings conducted on May 27, 2021, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Agata Dobuszyńska in the province Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Greater Poland, and the contractor, i.e. Psychocenter Foundation in the province Masovia, Podlasie, Pomerania, Warmia-Masuria, Silesia and Lesser Poland.
As a result of the proceedings conducted on June 22, 2021, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Halina Pajor in the province Masovia and Podlasie, i.e. Mrs. Agata Dobuszyńska in the province Greater Poland and Kujawsko-Pomorskie, i.e. Mrs. Justyna Dąbrowska in the province Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian, i.e. Project Business Agnieszka Grzesiak in the province Silesia and Lesser Poland.
As a result of the proceedings conducted on November 5, 2021, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Anna Skirca-Wituszyńska in the province Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian, i.e. Mrs. Małgorzata Lipińska-Dawid in the province Silesia and Lesser Poland.
