Website www.fundacjarakiety.pl is administered by the Rakiety Oncological Foundation, al. Rzeczypospolitej 2/U-2, 02-972 Warszawa, KRS 0000414091. The website allows you to make online payments to the Foundation in order to support its statutory activities.
Making donations
- Donations will only be used for activities consistent with our statutory goals.
- Donations are processed by the payment operator: PayU SA, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, NIP: 779-23-08-495.
- The user may deposit one of the amounts suggested on the website or any amount specified by him/herself.
- The user can also choose the option of recurring payment by payment card, thanks to which the selected amount will be automatically charged to his or her card.
- Users have the right to cancel a recurring payment at any time by contacting the Foundation: [email protected]
- Detailed rules for the processing of Users' personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on our website.
- Making a donation is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
- The donor has the right to request the return of the donation within 7 days of payment. To obtain a refund, please write to the following address [email protected] or call (+48 22) 299 29 28. In the subject of the email, please provide your name and surname and the words "Resignation from donation". The donation will be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Deposit security
We protect your deposits with a secure SSL certificate. Thanks to it, all transmitted information is encrypted. To process payments, we use the secure payment operator PayU.
