The project "PROactivity - Your new super POWER" co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.
A person who meets all of the following conditions may participate in the Project:
- is a resident of the province. Silesia (cities: Chorzów, Katowice, Sosnowiec),
- is a person of working age: 18-60 years for women and 18-65 years for men,
- is a socially excluded person or at risk of poverty or social exclusion.
As part of the Project, we offer the following forms of support:
- developing and monitoring an individual reintegration path for the participant,
- support from a psychologist, community worker and career advisor,
- training of social competences and skills,
- psychosocial, civic, legal and health counseling,
- volunteering in oncology departments,
- possibility of co-financing physiotherapy for people with disabilities,
- training in professional skills and digital competences,
- professional internships with an internship scholarship.
A person interested in participating in the Project submits the following documents:
- completed recruitment documents (application form; declarations regarding GDPR; declaration of status on the labor market; obligation to provide documents confirming achievement of social and employment effectiveness after completing participation in the Project).
- disability certificate from ZUS/Municipal Team for Disability Assessment or equivalent (if applicable)
- certificate from the Labor Office - on registration at the Labor Office as an unemployed person (if applicable)
- a certificate from the Social Insurance Institution - on the social insurance record due to having the status of an economically inactive person (if applicable)
