Sometimes what's missing most in the healing process is... a moment for yourself. To pause. To breathe. Silence. A place where you can simply be—without tension, without expectations.
That's why the workshops were created „"In Search of Inner Power"” 🌿
These are a few days spent close to nature, where we gradually return to ourselves—through body, breath, and mindfulness. Where we learn to listen to our body's signals, gently support it, and regain a sense of inner balance.
There will be time for:
✨ calm movement and regeneration
✨ work with breathing and the nervous system
✨ contact with nature and forest bathing
✨ knowledge that can be taken into everyday life
✨ being together and having supportive conversations.
The workshops will be led by:
• Monika Ciszek-Skwierczyńska – holistic medicine therapist, addiction therapy and eating disorder treatment specialist, certified cannabis therapist, herbalist – phytotherapist, dietitian
