A few days ago, our Foundation held an intensive first aid training course, expanded to include elements of road rescue. It was substantive, practical, and… truly intense!
We practiced real-life scenarios, responding to life-threatening situations, CPR with an AED, coughing, the recovery position... and much, much more. Theory was just the introduction – practice took over!
All participants gave their 100%, and the satisfaction and new skills compensated for the fatigue.
