The aim of the project is to support people suffering from oncology, it is addressed to, among others: 25 adults with oncological diseases and their relatives (min. 30 people) living in the Masovian Voivodeship, consisting of individual psycho-oncological and onco-diet consultations, group workshops and the possibility of using a webinar.

The project "Together through the challenge - psycho-oncological support for people with cancer and their loved ones" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) is financed from the budget of the Masovian Voivodeship as part of entrusting the implementation of public health tasks in the area of health education tailored to the needs of people with cancer and their relatives in the years 2024–2025 and is implemented in the period: June 1, 2024 – October 30, 2025.

According to the terms of the competition, the services of a personal assistant can only be used by people with cancer, i.e. people who can provide a medical diagnosis of cancer, and close people, i.e. people who are in close contact with cancer patients, e.g. family, partner, guardian.

As part of the project, we offer the following support free of charge:

1. Consultations with a psycho-oncologist (max. 15 hours/person)

2. Consultation with an oncodietitian (approx. 2 hours/person)

3. Possibility to participate in group workshops

4. Possibility to participate in the webinar

The project candidate must present:

1. A copy of documentation confirming the oncological disease

2. A set of completely and correctly completed recruitment documents, i.e.

– recruitment form 

– GDPR clause.

Recruitment is conducted continuously until places are filled. The order of applications will determine qualification for the project. People who were not qualified to participate in the Project due to lack of places will be included on the reserve list.
