Ania is a naturopath, forest therapy and forest bathing guide, herbalist, phytotherapist, and healthy living educator. Her mission is to connect people with nature and share knowledge about how contact with it can support health, well-being, and everyday well-being.
The Natural Health Foundation promotes health education, conscious presence in nature, forest bathing, forest therapy and felinotherapy.
