Project goal:
The aim of the project is to support 60 people, including increasing professional activity and social reintegration of 48 project participants - adult residents of the Masovian Voivodeship, at risk of poverty or social exclusion - through comprehensive support based on an individualized reintegration path.
Planned effects:
-increase in social efficiency among, among others. 34% participants of the project
-increased professional effectiveness among at least 12% OzN and 25% other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion
- number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion working after leaving the program - 18 participants of the project
- the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the program - 48 project participants
- number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion looking for a job after leaving the program - 12 project participants

Project target group:
Support will be provided to 60 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Including unemployed people who require social activation first.
Participants must be over 18 years of age and reside in the province. Masovian Voivodeship.
