The Rakiety Oncological Foundation carries out a public task financed from the funds of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons received through the Masovian Voivodeship entitled Providing support services that are intended to enable or support the independent living of people with disabilities, in particular personal assistance under the title "My Personal Assistant"
Objective of the task:
supporting people with disabilities in leading an independent life and increasing their activity.
What we offer?

- preparing a diagnosis of the life situation regarding the necessary assistant support

- personal assistance services for 100 hours
When?
01/08/2023 – 15/12/2023
Where?
The project will be implemented in the capital city of Warsaw. The services will be provided in the place of residence of the people covered by the assistant's service
For whom?
Participants in the task may only be adult persons residing in the capital city of Warsaw who have a valid certificate of moderate or severe disability or a valid equivalent certificate (certificate of a medical examiner from the Social Insurance Institution or a certificate of inclusion in one of the disabled groups) or a final judgment ( within the meaning of Article 1 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons). Number of places: 15.
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT IS FREE. RECRUITMENT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL PLACES ARE FULFILLED.
