PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES - 2022 EDITION

The Rakiety Oncological Foundation is recruiting for the program Personal assistant for people with disabilities - 2022 edition as part of the departmental Program of the Minister of Family and Social Policy "Personal assistant for people with disabilities" - 2022 edition, financed from the Solidarity Fund.

The aim of the "Personal Assistant for People with Disabilities" program is primarily to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. This is not only assistance in everyday activities, but also accompanying people during visits to the office or cultural, entertainment or sports events.

As part of this project, only assistant support will be offered to residents of the Bochnia district (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) belonging to the group:

1) children up to 16 years of age with a disability certificate, including the indications of: the need for permanent or long-term care or assistance from another person due to a significantly limited ability to live independently and the need for constant daily participation of the child's guardian in the process of treatment, rehabilitation and education and

2) disabled people with a certificate: 

a) of a significant degree or 

b) moderate or 

c) treated on an equal footing to those mentioned in point (a). a and b in accordance with Art. 5 and art. 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled people (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 573).
