How to properly take care of mature and experienced breasts?

What does experienced breasts mean and what factors influence the change in the appearance of breasts?

When we write experienced breasts, we mean breasts that have sagged, lost their firmness and are simply flaccid. This is a problem that most often affects women with larger breast sizes, but not only.

Various factors contribute to the appearance and condition of the breasts, such as genetic conditions over which we have no influence or the passage of time. Collagen fibers in a woman's body are responsible for the firmness of the breasts, which naturally disappear over the years.

In fact, every woman should start taking care of her breasts with her first bra in her teens. A bra for a teenager should be as comfortable and well-fitting as for a mature woman. Wearing a bra with an appropriate circumference that lifts the bust in 80%, well-fitting cups, properly tightened straps and a safe underwire are elements that ensure maximum comfort and breast support. Developing the habit of feeling safe and comfortable in a bra from an early age will keep your breasts in good condition for years to come, and your breasts will not cause such huge problems as those that were not properly supported. There are various designs of high-quality bras available on the market, suitable for teenagers, who most often choose soft bras and underwired bras. Both soft and underwired bras provide proper support for developing breasts, provided, of course, that they are of high quality and are worn in a well-chosen size.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and processes occurring in a woman's body during this period also affect the shape and firmness of the breasts, although this is not a rule and does not have to apply to all women - it is, however, a very common and quite natural consequence of motherhood.

Lifestyle factors that affect our breasts also include sudden weight loss. It is very important that the weight loss process is gradual, to avoid drastic fasts that cause the yo-yo effect, to drink plenty of water and to focus on healthier, lower-calorie substitutes for our current diet. By following these sensible weight loss rules, we can avoid the effect of sagging breasts and skin.

How to dress an experienced bust?

Experienced breasts require special care and an appropriate, good quality bra that will gather and lift the breasts so that the cleavage looks aesthetic and feminine. A well-chosen bra will not stop the aging process and breast sagging, but it will certainly help shape them. Thanks to this, the breasts will look fuller, the neckline will be rounder, and all this will certainly significantly increase your self-confidence.

When dressing sagging breasts, we take into account not only the size but also the style of the bra. We especially recommend bras that collect and lift the breasts. When determining the size of a bra, the most important thing is to choose the right circumference, which cannot be too tight, but also not too loose. Please remember that the circumference is responsible for supporting the bust in 80%, contrary to the erroneous opinion that these are straps. Yes, straps are important, but circumference is the key!

The bra cups should not stick out or press the breasts causing them to "pour out". If we choose an underwired bra, it should surround the breast and aim perfectly at the center of the armpit. The straps should be properly tightened so that they do not fall down and at the same time do not cut painfully into the shoulders.

After adjusting the size, it's time to shape the bra. As mentioned earlier, In the case of drooping breasts, bras that gather and lift the breasts, such as balconettes, push-up bras with a deeper cup or full cup, will work well. It is important to choose bras with a higher bridge, because plunge bras have a very low bridge and less built-up cups, which is not a suitable solution in the case of flabby breasts.

Balconette
The cut was created primarily to raise the bust and round the neckline. This popular bra covers as much as ¾ of the bust and is extremely popular not only among women who have problems with sagging breasts. It is also often chosen by women of all ages and sizes, as an ideal model for dresses or blouses with open necklines.

Full cup

The characteristic feature of this model, as the name suggests, are strongly built cups and a high bridge. This design provides the breasts with a gentle lift and rounding. A full cup bra is recommended primarily for women with large breasts, which are particularly susceptible to gravity.

Push up

Balconette and full cup bras are available in soft and push up versions.
Push-up designs are usually chosen by women with small breasts, but gently filling a deeper cup is also a very good solution for women with larger and sagging breasts. Modern designs of bras with gel filling, such as the My Body bra, which adapts to the shape of the bust, are a perfect solution for lifting and modeling problematic breasts.

Choosing the right bra for experienced breasts is quite a challenge for many women, which is why it is so important to decide on the first and repeated visits to an experienced bra fitter at the right time. Why? Because a woman's body is designed in such a way that her breasts may change their size under the influence of the above-mentioned factors or due to water retention or menopause. An interesting fact is that the average woman wears about six different bra sizes during her life, so this size must be kept under control at all times. In the event of weight fluctuations caused by, for example, the menstrual cycle, three hooks will be helpful, with which we fasten the circumference and can adjust it. When we start wearing our new bra, we always start by fastening the loosest hook and then reduce the circumference when the bra stretches or our weight changes.

We do not recommend buying bras in cheap chain stores, as they stretch after several wears and washes and do not fulfill their function even when the hooks are adjusted. If you want to feel beautiful, sensual and feminine, take care of your breasts from an early age, check them, dress them well, and when they are experienced, shape them and take advantage of the available, modern possibilities offered by manufacturers of high-quality bras and brafitting, which is developing well in our country. .
