The Rakiety Oncology Foundation is recruiting for the program "Personal assistant for a person with a disability” for Non-Governmental Organizations – 2025 edition as part of the Minister of Family and Social Policy’s “Personal Assistant for People with Disabilities” Programme for Non-Governmental Organisations – 2025 edition financed by the Solidarity Fund.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: 01/01/2025 – 31/12/2025
The aim of the "Personal Assistant for a Person with Disabilities" program is primarily to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. It is not only help in everyday activities, but also accompaniment during a visit to the office or cultural, entertainment or sports events.
This project will only offer assistance to residents:
- Masovian Voivodeship (Szydłowiecki County: Szydłowiec Commune, Orońsko Commune, Otwock County: Otwock Commune, Karczew Commune, Sokołów County: Sokołów Commune, Capital City of Warsaw) and
- Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Bochnia County, Bochnia Commune, Tarnów subregion (i.e. Tarnów City, Tarnów County, Tarnów Commune, Wojnicz Commune, Brzesko Commune), Dąbrowa County, Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune) belonging to the group of persons with disabilities with a certificate of:
a) with a significant degree of disability with multiple disabilities
b) with a significant degree of disability
c) with a moderate degree of disability and multiple disabilities
d) with a moderate degree of disability,
including equivalent judgments*
* treated equally to those mentioned in letters a, b, c, d in accordance with Article 5 and Article 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 573).
RECRUITMENT IS CONDUCTED UNTIL 31.03.2025 OR UNTIL THE POSITIONS ARE FILLED
