Project "The path to a dream job for a graduate with a disability" - SECOND EDITION!

The Rakiety Oncological Foundation is recruiting for the second edition of the project "The path to a dream job for a graduate with a disability" as part of the "Absolwent" program co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. We will start with a series of meetings with a psychologist and a career advisor, who will determine the further path of participation in the project depending on your predispositions: obtaining professional qualifications, completing specialized courses and training or completing a three-month professional internship. Additional consultations with a career advisor, support from a job agent and a career coach are also planned.

Who can take part in the project?

Persons who meet all of the following conditions:

  • Students in their last year of studies or graduates, people studying at a university in their last year or having a professional title/scientific degree issued no earlier than 60 months before the date of joining the project;
  • People with a disability certificate;
  • People residing in the province Masovia, Silesia, Łódź, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship;
  • People who are unemployed (this should be understood as an unemployed person or job seeker who does not perform any paid work, registered or unregistered with the Labor Office);
  • Not participating in other projects financed by PFRON.

What do we offer as part of the project?

  • Support from a psychologist (3 hours) and a career advisor (5 hours) in the field of professional activation;
  • Preparation to enter the labor market with a career advisor (3 hours);
  • Support of an employment agent (30 hours) and a coach (10 hours);
  • Financing a vocational course/training;
  • Three-month professional internships with an internship stipend.

The support offered will depend on an individually developed career path.

Due to the epidemic situation, support will be provided remotely.

What documents do you need to submit?

  • Completed recruitment documents (form, declaration of participation along with consent to the processing of personal data);
  • Certificate of disability;
  • A higher education diploma or a certificate from a higher education institution confirming the completion of studies in the last year.

As a result of the proceedings conducted on January 24, 2022, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Małgorzata Lipińska-Dawid in the Masovian and Silesian Voivodeships and the contractor, i.e. Mrs. Anna Skirca-Wituszyńska in the Łódź and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeships.

As a result of the proceedings conducted on January 24, 2022, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Natalia Pisarczyk in the Masovian and Silesian Voivodeships and the contractor, i.e. You Natalia Radecka-Kitowska in the Łódź and Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeships.

As a result of the proceedings conducted on March 17, 2022, a contractor was selected, i.e. Mrs. Natalia Pisarczyk in the Masovian Voivodeship, Mrs. Jolanta Cioczek in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and Mrs. Alina Boryczka in the Łódź and Silesian voivodeships.

As a result of the proceedings conducted on February 25, 2022, a contractor was selected, i.e. Project Business Agnieszka Grzesiak in the Masovian Voivodeship, Mr. Michał Bullik in the Silesian Voivodeship, Mrs. Halina Pajor in the Łódź Voivodeship and Mrs. Agata Dobuszyńska in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
