The program is addressed to women aged 50-69 who meet one of the following criteria:
- have not had a mammogram in the last two years;
- received a written indication as part of the breast cancer prevention program to undergo repeated mammography after 12 months due to the following risk factors:
- breast cancer among family members (mother, sister, daughter),
- mutation in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes;
- They did not have a previously diagnosed malignant breast tumor.
CERVICAL CANCER PREVENTION PROGRAM (CYTOLOGY)
The program is addressed to women aged 25-59:
- who have not had cytology performed in the last three years;
- with risk factors (HIV-infected, taking immunosuppressive drugs, HPV-infected - a high-risk type) who have not had cytology performed in the last 12 months.
Women who have been treated for cervical cancer are subject to cytological screening again after completion of oncological control (the decision is made by the doctor conducting oncological treatment).
