Maja Surowicz-Biłyj
President of the Management Board
President of the Rakiety Foundation (formerly Find Help) and the not-for-profit company Change4Good Sp. z o.o. Graduate of master's studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Special Pedagogy at the Academy of Special Pedagogy and postgraduate studies in the field of Psycho-oncology (SWPS), Corporate Social Responsibility (Leon Kozminski Academy), PR and Strategic Communication in companies (SGH) and project management. Graduate of the Crisis Intervention Studies at the Institute of Health Psychology of the Polish Psychological Association and the National Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence "Blue Line". Her passion for helping developed already during her studies, when she actively worked as a volunteer in oncology wards and hospices. She gained experience in large charities, including the United Way Polska Foundation, the Oriflame Foundation, the Alivia Foundation and the National Competence Center Foundation. Privately, she is a lover of French bulldogs and plant-based cuisine.

Marcin Jakubek
Deputy Chairman of the Council
Doctor of economics, graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. Currently, he works as an assistant professor at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and at the National Center for Nuclear Research.

Business Development Executive at Netwise SA, with experience in business development in the retail sector in the CEE region. At SAP, she coordinated marketing, pre-sales and sales activities to best address market needs and offer the latest SAP solutions for the retail and manufacturing sectors.
Originator of Retail Day, a conference for the largest Polish retailers. Founder and head of the "Europe without Borders Association", working for Poland's accession to the EU.
She has been associated with the consulting and IT services industry since 2006. She worked as a management board advisor at EY and Asseco Polska. She was responsible for sales strategies and contacts with strategic clients in these companies, as well as the promotion and marketing of new products.
After obtaining a diploma in Law and Administration from the University of A. Mickiewicz and Economics of the Poznań University of Economics, she sat for two terms in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, the European Parliament and the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Assembly.
Aleksandra Urbaszek

Psychologist, psychotherapist, psycho-oncologist. He has extensive experience, both clinical and in private practice. He has been working as a psychologist, psychotherapist and psycho-oncologist for over a dozen years, currently at the Institute of Hematology, Oncology and Internal Diseases at SPCSK in Warsaw. He works with patients, their families and improves patient-doctor relations. She has repeatedly given lectures and training for doctors, nurses and volunteers. She is the author of numerous articles, including: author of the chapter "How to talk to a cancer patient" Oncology for primary care physicians; author of chapters on mental well-being in the book Lifestyle Medicine; author of articles on Psychology in "Be Active. Dietetics & Fitness”; author of the guide "Body under stress" created for Medicover and other self-help content also created for pharmaceutical companies.

Journalist for over 40 years. Press and television commentator. Founder and editor-in-chief of The Warsaw Voice (since 1988), also president of the Warsaw Voice SA publishing house. In 1991, co-founder of the Association of Children of the Holocaust in Poland. In the years 1995-2002, Vice-President of the Association of Polish Journalists, in the years 2006-2010, President of the Association of European Journalists - Polish Section, in the years 1997-1999, Vice-President of the Association of European Journalists.
Lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism of the University of Warsaw and the Diplomatic Academy. In 2010, he was awarded the Bene Merito Badge of Honor.

He has been involved in business for over 30 years as an entrepreneur, advisor, ethics spokesman and promoter of corporate social responsibility.
Co-founder of the Responsible Business Forum, Coalition for the Circular Economy, co-author of the annual Ranking of Responsible Companies and Startups with a Positive Impact for Kozminski Business Hub, coordinator of Polish and international projects in the field of innovation for sustainable development.
Author or co-author of a number of books, including: "Foundations of social responsibility in management", "Responsible business in an irresponsible world", Transition Redesigned", "Understanding Ethics and Responsibilities in a Globalizing World", "Sustainable Business Models".
Marek Rybiec

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Geographic and Geological Sciences at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in Capital Investments, Management and Marketing and the Investment Funds Market. In October 2013, he completed Executive MBA studies, organized with the participation of the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Education, the University of Gdańsk and Erasmus University.
He has been working on the capital market since 1996. In the years 2012-2017, he served as the President of the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI SA and Skarbiec Holding SA (a company listed on the WSE).
In the period 2007-2012 he held, among others, as a member of the management board of BRE Wealth Management SA, a member of the management board and later Vice-President of the Xelion Investment House (formerly Xelion Usługi Finansowi).
