my name is Mariusz Anyst, I'm 39 years old. Unfortunately, I'm terminally ill, but at the same time, I have a huge reason to live: my beloved wife, Monika, and our three children: Dominik, Julia, and Oskar.

It all started in August 2025. Suddenly, I experienced symptoms resembling a stroke, severe, disturbing, and completely unexpected. After tests, it turned out that it wasn't a stroke, but .. This news shook me and my loved ones to their core. Despite the enormous risk, the doctors decided to operate and remove the tumor. However, the most difficult days were the wait for the histopathology results. Unfortunately, it confirmed the worst diagnosis, grade IV glioma.

Until the diagnosis, we lived a peaceful and happy life. I felt fulfilled as a husband and father. I was developing professionally, had my passions, and had plans for the future. I learned that the average lifespan of people with this type of tumor was 12–15 months, and the chances of surviving for two years are only 1–2% patients.So far, I've been treated with standard treatments, chemotherapy, and radiation. I remain under close medical supervision and undergo regular tests to check for any recurrence. I've twice attempted device-assisted therapy. Optun, however, in my case this treatment could not be continued, swelling appeared at the surgery site.

Knowing how slim my chances were with standard treatment, I began looking for alternative therapies that could extend the time I could spend with my family.

The proposed next steps for treatment are:

• NanoTherm magnetic hyperthermia – cost approx. 80,000 – 200,000 PLN

• DC vaccines – cost approx. 100,000 – 160,000 PLN

• CAR-T therapy – cost approx. 1–2 million PLN

Additionally, I incur fixed expenses related to treatment: medications, supplements, specialist consultations and check-ups.

My biggest and only dream is to be with my loved ones for as long as possible. I want to watch my children grow up, actively participate in their lives, and enjoy every day we spend together.
