- From November 8, 2022, I started 4 cycles of red chemotherapy, administered every 2 weeks - a terrible time for stomach reasons, I'm so glad it's over now
- Since January 13, 2023, I have been undergoing 12 cycles of white chemotherapy, which I take every week. I'm halfway through, and after each vitamin drip (bought privately) I feel much better)
- The date of the operation is April 20 - double mastectomy of both breasts with removal of nipples, along with reconstruction (expander at first), due to family history on the father's side and a lesion in the left breast
Of course, before the surgery, I have a lot of tests ordered to check how strong my body is, which is why it is so crucial to constantly support it with additional methods, which I wrote about below. As for radiotherapy, I hope that I will be able to avoid it, but this will be determined by the postoperative histopathological results.
I am undergoing complementary treatment, such as: vitamin infusions, supplemented with microelements, glutathione, which are also supposed to fight free radicals, as well as increase the body's immunity and cell regeneration (I attend therapy twice a week). Additionally, I take part in sessions in a normobaric chamber, which provide the body with more oxygen, increase the number of stem cells, and stimulate the immune system - as part of these sessions, I participate in 2 night sessions per week + 1 day session. The activities are aimed at strengthening the body before surgery and now during chemotherapy. Currently, he uses recommended methods to support the body and rebuild cells. Which, unfortunately, are expensive at the intensity recommended by the doctors. The monthly cost of therapy is approximately PLN 18,000.00.
After the surgery, I will certainly have to undergo many rehabilitation treatments, as well as lymphatic massages (due to the removed lymph nodes) - which is also expensive, but necessary to be able to quickly and safely return to fitness.

DREAM:
My struggle with cancer began during this year's holidays - on August 6, 2022, during annual gynecological examinations (ultrasound of the right breast), a tumor was detected. This change was immediately classified into the BIRADS scale and rated 4 on a scale of 0-5. This indicates a suspicion of an unidentified tumor - in my case it was most likely malignant breast cancer, requiring surgery and specific strengthening of the body to prevent metastases in advance.
On August 30, 2022, I performed a breast MRI, which showed a worse situation - two tumors (2.3 cm on the right breast and 1.3 cm on the left breast). I also learned about the suspected BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations and the possible need to remove both breasts. I wanted to act quickly and effectively to prevent cancer - I started using supportive treatment, which is ultimately intended to increase the body's immunity and accelerate cell regeneration. In the meantime, a core needle biopsy showed what type of cancer I was dealing with - HER2 non-luminal malignant tumor (+++).
All these activities are aimed at strengthening the body before surgery and treatment such as radio or chemotherapy. At the moment, I am taking recommended methods of supporting the body and rebuilding cells, which, unfortunately, are expensive at the intensity recommended by the doctors. The monthly cost of therapy is approximately PLN 20,170.00, whereas the estimated cost by the end of 2022 is approximately PLN 80,680.00.
For further diagnostics, I have also scheduled a Stemtrac and Maintrac test, the cost of which is amounts to over PLN 13,000.00 (research determining what compounds cancer cells are susceptible to and what they should be treated with).
Therefore, I will be grateful for any help with such an unpleasant and very shocking diagnosis. I don't give up, I don't stop fighting, that's why I try to do as much as possible to help and prepare my body for further invasive cancer treatment, and this requires a lot of money. I need help because I have run out of savings - I am selling my car, but it is not enough to continue strengthening treatments with such intensity.
