Artur Stobiecki
During a routine colonoscopy, I was diagnosed malignant colon cancer. After a complicated surgery and the recommendation of chemotherapy, I also started supportive therapy to strengthen my body. I am asking for support so that I can continue it as long as possible.

My history
Dream:
In August 2023, during a routine colonoscopy examination, which I regularly perform every 5 years, a purulent infiltration in the large intestine was found. After taking samples and conducting a histopathological examination, the results were the worst possible – malignant colon cancer. It was a terrifying experience for me and my family.
After the initial shock passed, I immediately began to fight the disease. In February 2024, I consulted an oncological surgeon. After performing a CT scan, the surgeon decided that surgery was necessary. In March 2024, I underwent a complicated colon resection, covering 2/3 of the transverse colon. However, the course of the surgery was not without complications.
Histopathological tests of other tissues were also not optimistic, so chemotherapy was recommended, which I am currently taking. As is known, chemotherapy fights cancer cells, but also destroys healthy ones, so I started supportive treatment, aimed at strengthening and rebuilding the body. Supportive therapy increases the chances of recovery, but it is unfortunately very expensive. I would like to continue it to increase my chances of recovery and enjoying life.
I remain positive about life and I do not intend to give up. I will look for different ways, believing that I will be able to overcome the disease and continue to realize our plans and dreams together with my family.
Thank you, Arthur.
