Dear,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every donation, every share, and every kind word. Thanks to you, I am not alone on this difficult journey.

My fight against aggressive breast cancer continues.

I was diagnosed with a very aggressive, HER2-positive, hormone-dependent (triple-positive) breast cancer. I underwent a long and grueling treatment regimen—chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, and hormone therapy. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy didn't produce the desired results, necessitating a continued intense fight for my health and another round of chemotherapy.

Today, standard treatment options have largely been exhausted. The main thing left for me was to monitor my health and take care of my body, which had suffered greatly during the long and demanding therapy.

I am also undergoing additional private tests. Their results are concerning to me because they indicate the presence of cells that – according to the interpretation of the doctors supervising my supportive treatment – may be associated with the risk of disease development and metastasis. That's why I use private consultations and supportive therapies to improve my health and reduce these risks.

At the same time, I am struggling with the consequences of the treatment I underwent. I have very poor blood results, osteoporosis, and painful neuropathy. Every day I struggle not only with the fear of relapse, but also with the effects of therapy, which significantly hinder my normal functioning.

My biggest dream is to live.

I want to watch my beloved daughter grow up. I want to be there for her whenever she needs me. I want to experience many more beautiful years with my husband.

That's why I don't give up. I do everything in my power to support my body, regain strength, and increase my chances of living as long as possible in health.

Unfortunately, private consultations, tests and supportive treatment involve very high costs that I cannot afford on my own.

I wholeheartedly ask you to continue supporting my fundraiser. Every payment, even the smallest, allocating 1.5% of tax gives me the opportunity to continue treatment and hope for the next days, months and years with my family.

Thank you for being with me. Your support is not just financial. It's also the strength that gives me the courage to keep fighting every day.

Thank you with all my heart. ❤️

Agnes

Dream:

The diagnosis in June last year was a huge shock for me and a blow straight to the heart. At first I couldn't believe it. I thought there was some mistake. The surprise was even greater because ever since I became a mother, I had taken care of my health and had regular check-ups. When I got my permanent dream job and adopted a wonderful daughter, I thought my life had finally stabilized. Having a wonderful daughter, a beloved husband, a satisfying job, a beautiful apartment - I lacked nothing.

Unfortunately, in November 2021 I felt that something bad was happening to my breast. Just in case, I did an ultrasound, everything seemed fine, the doctor reassured me. Shortly thereafter, the pandemic hit. My peace didn't last long because one day I noticed that I had enlarged lymph nodes. I immediately did a biopsy, which showed it presence of cancer cells. I started intensive diagnostics that lasted the entire summer. I underwent chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy.

After this very difficult time, when I was sure that the treatment was over, it turned out that chemotherapy did not bring the expected results. I had another cycle, this time combined with immunotherapy.

Currently, my body is exhausted from the treatment. I need to take supplements and additional medications so that my blood test results will allow me to continue with my treatment. Additionally, I take advantage of private visits to specialists, a carefully selected diet, I perform a lot of tests, and I travel to a medical facility 200 km away from my place of residence on average once a week. The above activities involve huge costs that exceed my household budget. So far, I have been using savings that have run out.

My enemy is very aggressive (HER2 3+ breast cancer). However, I believe that I will overcome it to be with my daughter as long as possible, to be able to do homework with her, spend free time, go on trips, and show her new places. I dream of returning to the time before the disease. I want to watch my child grow up so much, I want to introduce her to adult life. She and my husband are my motivators in this difficult fight.

Please help me. Thank you.
