Marathon for life

Ula has been suffering from an extremely malignant cancer for over a year.

Her sisters are writing to you – one for all, all for one. Ula is the one of us who is always the most athletic, healthy, without addictions, with a huge heart. A two-time marathon runner.

How many charity runs has she organized? How many has she run? How many campaigns has she helped with? It's impossible to count. So why did SHE get sick? How is that possible? We don't ask anymore. Now we have to act.

Ula had an exceptionally difficult opponent – triple-negative breast cancer, rare and aggressive. After a year, metastases appeared.

Ula doesn't fight cancer because it's not a competition. She takes him by the hand and leads him to where he belongs. And we go with her.

In the case of this cancer, reimbursed therapies are insufficient. Integrative treatment is needed: intensive immunotherapy, new, non-reimbursed drugs and possibly surgery in Germany. And on top of that, exhausting, heavy chemotherapy.

Ula has already undergone one cycle of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and radical surgery. She is currently undergoing another cycle of complex chemotherapy.

Is it hard to ask for help? A bit, but we know that goodness comes back. Now we ask for it to come back to our Ula.

Ula is 40 years old, has a wonderful son, Maks, and a husband. She is starting the healing process, and we ask you with all our hearts to be a part of it.
