My name is Wiesława Labuda, I'm 65 years old. My world collapsed at the end of June 2023.
A year earlier, I was diagnosed with a large breast lesion and removed. The results were good. Only ten months later, during a follow-up visit, an ultrasound examination revealed a tumor. Diagnosis: cancer.
I underwent a mastectomy with the removal of eight lymph nodes. One of them had a potentially dangerous micrometastasis. The panel decided to undergo radiotherapy, but I was not qualified for it. I have expensive diagnostics and private treatment ahead of me to examine my entire body and check whether the cancer has not spread further. Additionally, the asymmetry after the removal of the breast caused a one-sided load on the spine and progressive scoliosis. I need urgent rehabilitation and an implant that will restore balance to my spine. I have to cope on my own, which is why I ask you with all my heart for support in this fight.
