This spring has turned our lives upside down. We will do everything in our power to ensure that Dad does not give up.
The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer came completely unexpectedly. Now the most important thing is time – and we have dramatically little of it. The tumor is inoperable in Poland, but Dad has a chance for a life-saving procedure abroad. We can't do it alone. We need your support. Can you help us?
Dad is 60 years old. A few months ago, none of us would have guessed that he would have so little time left. Until recently, he was a full of life, a modest man – a wonderful father and husband.
It all started with a routine abdominal ultrasound. Doctors noticed "something on the pancreas". After further diagnostics, it turned out to be a very malignant tumor - inoperable in Poland.
When it seemed that nothing could be done, hope appeared. We learned about the possibility of treatment abroad - in Portugal. Dad can undergo a procedure that gives a real chance for life - still in June this year – exactly 25.06.2025.
The professor who consulted Dad on June 12 said directly:
"Roman needs surgery as soon as possible. We don't have time to wait."
On behalf of our family, we ask for every – even the smallest – “brick” of help.
