I believe I still have some work to do and I'm not going to give up. This winter I fulfilled one of my plans and... I snowboarded thanks to my prosthesis! This would not be possible if it were not for constant rehabilitation, for which I always need funds.

Together with the team of prosthetists, we are constantly looking for the perfect solution, because it turns out that walking is much more difficult than I expected and much more difficult than... snowboarding 😉
In February 2022, I went on a crazy project called "Pirates on Boards" - organized by the Polish Paralympic Committee, on the initiative of Karolina Adamska. I met great girls after amputations and thanks to my prosthesis I could SNOWBOARD! With the support of great instructors and perseverance, many things turn out to be possible.
My body still requires rehabilitation, which I attend twice a week. I have great caregivers who keep me physically fit and injury-free. I am also under the constant care of a therapist to give me the inner strength to face everyday life. I am saving up to buy an electric scooter, which will greatly support my mobility and allow me to keep up with others, and for super crutches, which are dedicated to people who live on one leg. I believe that I can still make an impact on many sports levels (and not only) and show that the lack of a leg does not define me :)
DREAM:
I was diagnosed in July 2021 malignant bone cancer - osteosarcoma. Despite aggressive chemotherapy, it was necessary to amputate the right leg along with the pubic bone and half of the right side of the pelvis. In November 2021, an operation was performed that saved my life.
Thanks to the help of wonderful people (my friends, family, acquaintances, etc.), we managed to collect over PLN 170,000. for a new techno leg. I am in the process of getting a prosthesis, which in my case is a very complicated process due to numerous bone defects. Both myself and the team of prosthetists do not give up and are looking for the perfect solution.
