I learned about my illness in July of last year. It all started with shoulder pain, which turned out to be the result of a broken collarbone. Over time, it developed into a severe torso pain that prevents sleep and normal functioning. I went to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma – a disease that causes significant weakening and brittleness of bones.

As a result of the disease, I also fractured the humerus of my right arm. Before I could begin radiotherapy and chemotherapy, there was orthopedic surgery. I then began oncological treatment, the goal of which was to destroy the cancer cells. The results of the therapy so far have been promising.

Unfortunately, at the end of the fourth cycle of chemotherapy, another fracture – this time to the humerus of my left arm. I was taken to the hospital and underwent another orthopedic surgery.

I have now completed my fourth cycle of chemotherapy and am awaiting the stem cell transplant procedure. After the transplant, more procedures are planned. two further cycles of chemotherapy and infusions zoledronic acid, which is supposed to strengthen bones by binding calcium.

I'm raising money to cover medical expenses, travel to medical facilities, and the purchase of specialized assistive equipment for people with disabilities. That's why I'm asking for your help.

I dream of regaining my health and being able to be present in the life of my family and waiting for my daughter's wedding and future grandchildren.
