I don't fight only for myself, I fight for my daughter - Hania, whom I raise alone. Hania is 16 years old - I don't want her to have to worry about my condition any longer. I would like the disease to remain in our lives only as a bad memory.

Thank you all for your support, both material and spiritual. Thanks to direct payments to the account and 1% tax, I was able to purchase the necessary medicines, take advantage of rehabilitation, psycho-oncological stays and perform additional tests. In the summer, I had the opportunity to take part in a cruise on the Fryderyk Chopin sailing ship in the North Sea, enjoy life and forget about the disease, at least for a moment. Thank you!

My illness affected not only me, but also the health of my daughter Hania. Hania was 12 years old when I got sick. She had to face the unimaginable fear of losing me. I remember her crying when she found out about my illness, she told me that if I die, she will die too... Since then, I have been living in constant tension and stress because I know that she is very worried about me. I do everything in my power not to disappoint her and so that we can enjoy each other as long as possible. Unfortunately, my illness not only affected me, but also affected my daughter's health. Hania suffered from a very insidious and debilitating disease - anorexia. It requires the help of a psychologist, dietician, endocrinologist and many other specialists.

That's why I'm turning to you for help. I am asking for financial support. I won't be able to provide her with comprehensive treatment without your help. Therapy may take up to several years.

Dream:

I started fighting cancer in 2018. Only 4 months passed after the lump was detected before I found out that I would have to deal with it for years to come breast cancer. The beginning of treatment was like groping in the dark. The abundance of unknown information, a completely new and terrifying situation, painful side effects - all this became part of my everyday life. I went through chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and for two years I have been undergoing hormone therapy, which is expected to last up to 10 years.

Coming to terms with the disease was not an easy process. I was paralyzed by fear of my condition deteriorating, especially of metastasis. At that time, every new symptom seemed alarming to me - the cancer had put a huge strain on my psyche. Struggling with daily bone pain and constant anxiety, I began to look for more and more comprehensive solutions; in the fight against cancer, I was ready for any challenge. I found pain relief in exercises and rehabilitation, and I also learned to confront my fears related to the disease with a psycho-oncologist. I know my opponent, but I also know myself, so I know that only active action will bring the expected results. I cannot afford to be inactive, as long as I act, I believe I can win.

I have not given up my professional activity either, I work in a kindergarten to partially cover the costs of my treatment. Rehabilitation and exercises (yoga, swimming) are the only effective way to reduce pain in the long term, but they are also very expensive. For a long time, I hesitated to seek outside help - I put my problem aside, thinking that there were too many more urgent cases. At the moment, however, I know that I cannot cope with the expenses on my own, which may determine my health. I don't fight only for myself, I fight for my daughter - Hania, whom I raise alone. Hania is 16 years old - I don't want her to have to worry about my condition any longer. I would like the disease to remain in our lives only as a bad memory. My biggest dream is simply to participate in Hania's growing up, I never expected that I would have to worry about my participation in her adult life. It's just the two of us, this is our little family that I want to nurture and enjoy for as long as possible. My daughter is my motivation, so I believe that I will overcome the disease, fulfill my dreams and regain strength so that one day I can climb Rysy.
