I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer that had metastasized to my bones and internal organs. The disease prevents me from working and living a normal life, and treatment is very expensive. Any help will allow me to continue treatment and be there for my family.

I suffer from prostate cancer with numerous metastases throughout the body. The disease is unfortunately incurable, and treatment in Poland at this stage is only conservative - I am currently undergoing chemotherapy (first of six cycles).

I don't want to give up. After many attempts to contact various centers abroad, I managed to establish cooperation with LDG Clinic in Berg (Germany). The doctors qualified me for dendritic cell immunotherapy – a modern method that involves taking my own cells, modifying them in the laboratory so that they can recognize and fight cancer cells, and then injecting them back into the body.

This therapy can significantly extend my life and improve its quality. The statistical survival rate in my stage is 3-5 years, but thanks to this method it is even possible 10–12 years of life more.

The cost of treatment is approximately 20,000 euros (approx. 100,000 PLN). Unfortunately, for it to be most effective, I must begin therapy while chemotherapy is ongoing.

I want to enjoy life with my family for a long time, spend time with my loved ones, and see my children grow up. I am asking for your support – each payment brings me closer to a chance to continue living.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and kind words. ❤️

Dream:

I learned about my condition quite by accident. Initially, I started experiencing pain in my lower back, so I went to my family doctor, who referred me to an orthopedist. The orthopedist, in turn, recommended a CT scan, scheduled for September 2025. Initially, I thought the pain was a result of my gym workouts and didn't take it seriously.

In June 2025, while visiting my family, I spent practically the entire week in bed. My joints hurt, I ate almost nothing, I was nauseous, and I lost over 12 kg in a short timeAfter returning, we had blood tests done, and the doctor immediately referred me to an oncology hospital with suspected prostate cancer. While waiting for an appointment with a urologist, we decided to undergo expensive private tests: an abdominal ultrasound, a CT scan, and an MRI.

The doctor made a diagnosis: prostate cancer with metastases to the urinary bladder, seminal vesicles, abdominal lymph nodes and bones.

I'm just beginning treatment. On August 14th, I received an injection of Diphereline SR 11.25 mg. On September 11th, doctors plan to begin chemotherapy with docetaxel in cycles every 21 days—a total of six infusions.

Currently, I know that apart from treatment under the National Health Fund, there are no non-reimbursed therapies available in the country for my advanced stage of the disease, therefore We are also looking for help outside Poland.

I'm 49 years old and the father of seven-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. My wife and I are raising four children. In May 2025, my daughter's MRI revealed two cysts. She's been complaining of headaches and abdominal pain more and more frequently, so we're waiting for further diagnostics at the Children's Health Center, Neurology Clinic.

Until now, I've been very active professionally, working as a part-time high school PE teacher, and also working as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, and personal trainer. Unfortunately, due to bone metastases and involvement of my entire skeletal system, I can currently only lift up to 2 kg, which almost completely excludes me from professional work. My wife works two shifts and also takes care of the house and children.

Thank you for all your support!
