I'm 43 years old. A month after my 40th birthday, I went for a private preventive ultrasound, during which the doctor detected some changes. I was sent for a biopsy, after which I received the diagnosis malignant invasive breast cancer with G2/G3 tissue. I underwent surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone therapy. In March 2022, I returned to work part-time and thought I was getting back to normal life.

 

Unfortunately, immediately after returning, I learned of the recurrence – new cancer had appeared in my other breast. I underwent another surgery – a mastectomy – and am currently undergoing further treatment. I am undergoing standard oncological treatment and supportive procedures. Unfortunately, my latest test results showed a significant increase in cancer cells, and I need to act quickly.

It's hard for me to ask for help, but I don't have the funds to pay for further treatment right now. I won't be returning to work until some time later, and I hope it will be a smooth return. I'm asking for financial assistance with my treatment. I need funds to support my treatment, supplements, and travel by train to doctors. I'd like to live as long as possible – for myself and my three children.
