First of all, I would like to wholeheartedly thank all Supporters – both those who donate and share information, as well as everyone who sends words of encouragement and support.

On July 3, 2025, I had an MRI scan in connection with my planned admission to the Oncology Institute. That's when we learned that Head radiotherapy can have a very negative impact on the condition of the teeth, so it was necessary to visit a dentist as soon as possibleSo we began an urgent search for a dentist covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) who would assess the condition of my teeth, treat cavities, and remove dead or damaged teeth. Fortunately, we found a dentist who provided comprehensive treatment. Unfortunately, not all services and materials were covered, so we incurred additional, rather significant expenses.

Due to my aphasia, I exercise daily, and fortunately, my language impairment is gradually improving – speech problems and forgetting words are rare now. I'm also doing vision exercises. I managed to find a computer vision therapy program and a physiotherapist specializing in functional neurology. The therapy is paid, so I've only had one appointment so far, but I've already scheduled another. The partial vision remains, but the dizziness has thankfully subsided.

On July 11, 2025, a team of doctors at the Institute of Oncology gathered for a consultation. The results were announced after a computed tomography scan performed on July 14, 2025. Molecular tests confirmed that I have glioblastoma multiforme of the highest malignancy gradeWe were worried that because of this—and the fact that the tumor was growing again—treatment wouldn't be implemented, but fortunately, we were wrong. It also turned out that I have low methylation levels, which is a positive prognostic factor.

Unfortunately, on the same day we found out that after unsuccessful extraction of a wisdom tooth, a fragment of the root remained in the gum, which requires the intervention of a dental surgeonWe cannot wait for an appointment under the National Health Fund because Dental treatment must be completed at least two weeks before radiotherapy begins. So we decided on a private consultation, which costs between 400 and 600 PLN, depending on the complexity of the procedure. I hope everything will heal in time and there will be no need to postpone my treatment at the Oncology Institute, which is scheduled to begin in a week.

Dream:

On May 26, 2025, I received the results of an MRI of my head, which was ordered by a neurologist after I suddenly felt dizzy a week earlier. I lost the ability to see normallyThe diagnosis turned out to be hemianopia – the loss of vision in one half of the visual field in both eyes, in my case the right side. We were all shocked, but at the time no one suspected that it wasn't the loss of vision itself that would be the worst.

In my brain, specifically in the left temporal lobe, a tumor was detected – gliomaA frantic search for a neurosurgeon who could perform the surgery as quickly as possible began. Fortunately, a specialist was found, and on June 8th, I was admitted to the hospital. The next day, I underwent a six-hour surgery. When I woke up, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, the joy was short-lived – the doctor informed me that It was not possible to remove the tumor completely because there was a risk of damaging motor functions. Already then, words were spoken that made my blood run cold: grade IV glioma.

I'm currently undergoing consultations at the Institute of Oncology. On July 22, 2025, I'm scheduled to be admitted to the ward for six weeks of treatment—chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Every day counts. Therefore, we're trying to slow the tumor's growth with appropriate diet and supplements.

After the surgery, I developed aphasia, which resulted in problems with speaking and memory.Fortunately, with exercise and rehabilitation, it gradually improves.
I am raising my daughter Natalia alone. We live together in a rented apartment. Natalia is just entering adulthood – she took her high school final exams in May, and we're waiting for the results, as she plans to go to university. My biggest dream is to live – not only for myself, but above all, to continue supporting her and being there for her.

Until now, I've worked hard to provide us with a peaceful life. Now, After partial loss of sight, I am no longer able to workSavings are dwindling, and needs are growing—both daily and medical. Therefore, I am raising funds for NanoTherm therapy – a modern treatment method that gives a real chance to improve my condition. The cost is as much as 180,000 PLN – the amount is absolutely beyond my reach. I've already been in contact with facilities in Poland that offer this therapy. Unfortunately, it's not reimbursed, and I have to pay for it myself.

I wholeheartedly ask for your help. With your support, I will be able to access treatment that gives me hope for life, a return to fitness, and the fatherhood my daughter needs.

Every zloty is of great importance – because as my Grandma used to say: little by little, a scoop will gather.
