My history
Dream:
I was diagnosed in my first pregnancy, at the age of 35, during a preventive breast ultrasound. The same week I received the diagnosis, I also found out about the miscarriage. However, it was not related to the diagnosis, it was an early pregnancy, doctors determined that miscarriages could occur spontaneously at this stage.
I underwent preoperative chemotherapy, sparing surgery, radiotherapy and hormone therapy. Immediately after treatment, a recurrence occurred and was treated surgically with radical mastectomy without reconstruction due to radiotherapy. Chemo turned out to be the most difficult stage - bone pain, fatigue, drowsiness, lack of appetite, diarrhea and heartburn - it was hard, but a positive attitude helped me go through it with the right energy.
Currently, I am pregnant again, which I became pregnant with when doctors described me as "free from oncological disease" and... unfortunately, another recurrence occurred next to the scar. I lost some hope and strength, but I had to pull myself together.
The pregnancy is healthy and progressing well, and the baby is examined frequently. In the first trimester, I had to undergo a tumor removal procedure and then chemotherapy. After delivery, Herceptin is planned to be reintroduced.
I dream of closing this chapter and being able to raise my son in health, who will be born in the second half of August 2023. I am also studying psychology and I really want to complete them so that I can help others. She plans to live happily and peacefully, build a house with her husband and perhaps expand their family once again.
To fulfill these dreams, I need support in financing visits to gynecological oncologists, visits to a psychiatrist and psychologist related to the diagnosis of depression, rehabilitation after mastectomy, dentistry (the result of chemotherapy was the loss of many teeth) and formula milk, because I will not be able to breastfeed due to to the toxic treatment used.
Therefore, I will be extremely grateful for any help, even the smallest one.
