My name is Karolina, I am 43 years old and I have been struggling with cancer for 3 years. squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal.
I found out about the suspected disease quite by accident, during a gynecological examination.
in 2022. Initially it was thought to be a nodular form of endometriosis, but after an MRI
magnetic resonance imaging and colonoscopy, unfortunately it turned out to be cancer.
In Poland I underwent radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, and a colostomy was created, because
rectovaginal fistula caused by cancer. It seemed that the therapy was completed in
April 2023 was successful and I was cured, but at the end of 2023 there was a relapse
disease and I was moved to palliative treatment. I was given chemotherapy until September 2024, but
due to the appearance lower limb neuropathy, as one of the complications of the administered
chemotherapy (slow loss of use in legs), treatment had to be stopped. After another 3
months and follow-up tests that showed the progression of the disease, in December 2024 it was decided
I opted for immunotherapy. Unfortunately, six months of using this method brought no results.
With the end of immunotherapy, all systemic treatment methods have been exhausted.
Poland, which is why I decided to seek help abroad. However, the costs of such treatment
exceed my financial possibilities – approx. 200 thousand PLN. Therefore, I turn to you with great gratitude

Foreign centers will be able to, if not cure, then at least treat this terrible disease.
