I live in Marki near Warsaw. I have breast cancer and I collect for treatment, therapy... I collect for life.
I'm a strong woman. As a trichologist, I often had contact with patients - I listened to their stories and cried with them many times. I have developed a strategy for treating baldness also after cancer treatment. I always wanted to help others, even though it was sometimes difficult.
While comforting others, I was unaware that I would find myself on the other side of the mirror.
I have achieved my goals in life - always moving forward with my head held high.
I was fulfilled professionally and with my family. I am 32 years old, I have children and I am married. I'm lucky - I already have so much, but I want more! I want to continue to develop, watch my children grow up, continue to help and support my clients at Klinika Włosa.
It started innocently enough - on September 2, during a check-up, an ultrasound showed that I had it 12 mm tumor in the right breast. In mid-October, I performed a biopsy, which showed that it was a G2 hormone-dependent luminal tumor. Diagnosis: breast cancer.
At first it didn't make a big impression on me, I guess I didn't understand how it could end. I wanted to solve the problem quickly and painlessly. I took a proactive approach to the matter and decided to perform a bilateral mastectomy to prevent possible metastasis.

The plan was that after the surgery, hormone therapy would be enough. They now also suggest chemistry.
I thank God that I met such wise women along the way who helped me get to where I am. Thanks to them, I am on the right path. I believe they are Angels who came to earth to guide us.

Now I am facing treatment, very expensive treatment. Hormone therapy will last 10 years. I want to perform additional tests: Maintrac (PLN 4,000), Mammaprint (PLN 14,000). Additional tests, consultations and supportive treatment are huge expenses, and even before I started the treatment, I spent about PLN 100,000 (the bilateral mastectomy itself costs PLN 49,000, mammotomy biopsy PLN 3,000, fine-needle biopsy PLN 750 - the expenses could go on for a long time...).
I accept that things may be different, but I won't let this "GAD" destroy my plans and dreams.
I still have so much to do. Lots of ideas. I will definitely slow down at work, but I won't give up! I have someone to live for!
