For almost 20 years, I have been running a private office supporting children with developmental challenges (autism, behavioral disorders, ADHD, etc.). I was committed to working for others. I found out about the disease in mid-January this year after undergoing a chest X-ray, which was ordered because I couldn't get over a cold. After reading the result, I was shocked. As soon as possible, I was admitted to hospital for further diagnostics. Each subsequent result was worse and worse. Gene mutation detected, advanced form (IV) lung cancer with numerous bone metastases.

In March, I started targeted treatment, after which I felt much better. To strengthen the effect of the main drug and the entire immune system in the fight against the disease, I undertook additional supportive treatment. For this reason, I commute 450 km to Warsaw every week. I also underwent support from a dietitian who individually determines the supplementation and diet. The effects of these actions are already visible. The last CT scan showed shrinkage of the cancerous lesions.

In addition to diet, supplementation and infusions, I also want to support myself with acupuncture. The monthly cost of my therapies is approx. PLN 10,000. Commuting costs, a special diet, and fees are other monthly expenses. Currently, I am unable to work, I am applying for a pension, so I cannot afford to cover these medical costs. I have a great desire to live and do something more good for the world. My family and friends support me in this.
