Zosia Samosia... Do you know this word? I do, but the time has come for me to ask for your help. At the age of 32, I was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER WITH METASTASES to my brain, lungs, and lymph nodes. I was classified as stage IV—current medicine says it will never cure me. My health requires non-standard and individualized therapeutic methods and extensive diagnostics, all of which are very expensive. I carry the BRCA1 gene mutation, which significantly increases the risk of developing further cancers. I dream of a healthy life, because when I have one, everything else becomes possible... 💙 Help me live as long as possible... 💙

A series of imaging tests in February again provided the answer mixed response to treatment.
Doctors decided to try to stop the disease locally - breast radiotherapy. I've now completed 15 cycles of radiation, returned to systemic chemotherapy, and I can only hope that the tests scheduled for May will finally provide clear information about the stabilization or regression of the disease...💙
I deeply believe in this... 💙
I am SO grateful for your wonderful thoughts of support - please don't stop... It helps me so much 💙

Another series of imaging tests in November 2025 yielded INCONCLUSIVE results. Initially, the disease was found to be PROGRESSIONING, but after numerous consultations, it was decided that the progression criteria had not been met. I am currently continuing treatment as usual, and tests scheduled for February will provide clear information about the status of my disease. I hope that the therapy remains effective and that the disease has not progressed.
Thank you for everything you have already done and I am asking for your continued support - donations, kind words, sharing 💙🚀.

After a change in therapy and a series of imaging tests, the long-awaited good news finally arrived – it was reported partial remissionThe lesions are diminishing. The chemotherapy is working, and I deeply believe that I still have many years of cancer remission ahead of me.
I wholeheartedly thank you for the opportunity to create a sub-account and receive reimbursement. Thanks to your financial support, I can fully focus on my treatment and health, rather than on the costs of therapy.

Only now do I realize what happened...
I spent 11 days in the hospital alone in neurosurgery. I remember that on the day of the surgery I was looking from the hospital bed at sunrise and I only dreamed of seeing it tomorrow too...
My head surgery was the worst event of my life. Even on the day of my cancer diagnosis, I didn't feel as emotional as I did during neurosurgery, yet learning I was ill brought my entire world crashing down in a split second...💔
My cancer treatment was suspended during my hospital stay. I requested an oncology consultation regarding the scar on my breast from the BCT surgery in November. An ultrasound was performed and a hematoma was detected, so a biopsy was performed.
After leaving the hospital, I resumed systemic treatment with chemotherapy. However, my scar began to enlarge. It became raised and increasingly painful. I was informed that the cancer had recurred on 90%, so they were performing a biopsy.
In the meantime, I received the histopathology results for the operated brain tumor. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was confirmed. METASTASIA of cancer to the brain.
The biopsy result confirmed RECURRENCE of cancer in the right breast.
I continued my current treatment, but I already had another PET scan scheduled. I still needed to undergo radiation therapy to the postoperative site of the brain tumor. I made an appointment and established a preliminary treatment plan…
All this happened less than 2 months after leaving the hospital – confirmation of brain metastasis, local recurrence in the breast, a plan for head radiotherapy, and an appointment for another PET scan. .
Unfortunately, in mid-March, during a standard doctor's visit, the PET result gave information not only about the RECURRENCE OF THE DISEASE, but also about DISEASE PROGRESSION. The cancer has spread to two more nodes and the right lung. This means the chemicals used proved ineffective - we need to look for a new therapy... But which one?
The next day I went to a medical consultation to talk to all the doctors from three different specialties: a surgical oncologist, a chemotherapy specialist, and a radiotherapist, and to determine the best treatment strategy.
SYSTEMIC CHEMICAL TREATMENT, MASTECTOMY WITHOUT SIMULTANEOUS RECONSTRUCTION, BREAST RADIOTHERAPY, OR MAYBE BRAIN?!
What should I choose first? What's more important? What will help me better?
The final decision rests with the patient, and I absolutely don't believe anyone intends harm for me. Unfortunately, I felt very alone, left to make decisions on my own, and I wasn't given any priorities that might have made it easier for me to make a decision...
A few days later, I made the decision to PERFORM a mastectomy without reconstruction – I choose to save my life – which I then ultimately CANCELLED after consulting doctors from another facility.
I know that I also need to start systemic treatment as soon as possible – with chemotherapy, but unfortunately the requirements of the National Health Fund currently prevent me from doing so.
He performs an MRI of the head, which only CONFIRMS the surgical remains, but despite this, I hear about whole brain irradiation, and yet the post-operative brain bed itself...
This was the moment when I realized I had reached emotional rock bottom.
I agree to a whole brain procedure, which I then finally CANCEL again after consulting with doctors from another facility.
In April I started radiation treatment of part of my brain - stereotactic radiotherapy. After completing radiotherapy, I was able to return to systemic treatment – chemotherapy. I am currently taking a different type of chemotherapy - a PARP inhibitor.
Keep your fingers crossed that this time the treatment works for me. Thank you for being there. Your words and real actions are contributing to my well-being, and your financial support gives me the opportunity to fully focus on my health... 💙🚀
Dream:
Zosia Samosia… Do you know this word?
I know it perfectly well, but the time has come when I decided to ask you for help.
It was supposed to be just a fibroadenoma... It turned out differently. At the age of 32, in October 2024, I was diagnosed with malignant tumors in my right breast. 🦀 Initially, the exact biological type of the tumor was unknown. A full diagnosis took some time, but ultimately, it turned out to be triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), meaning it lacks estrogen or progesterone receptors, or Her-2 overexpression. This is a very aggressive type of cancer—it grows in as little as a few months and metastasizes quickly. The prognosis is poor, as Google searches reveal…
After two medical consultations, the decision was made to undergo breast-conserving surgery (BCT) on the right breast, including removal of the sentinel node—the one that carries lymphatic drainage containing potential cancer cells first. Ultimately, three nodes were removed. I survived the surgery well. It was challenging at times, but thanks to the support of my loved ones and my own determination, I managed.
The results came back. No cancer cells were found in the lymph nodes. The tumor was removed with a margin of healthy tissue – I was relieved. All that was left was to mentally face the chemotherapy… I can do it. I have to. A year down, but I'll be back 💙.
But then it got worse... I found out that I carry a gene mutation BRCA1. This means I'll still need a preventative mastectomy, as the risk of recurrence with this type of cancer can reach up to 80%. Within a few years, I'll also need to have my ovaries removed, as the risk of developing ovarian cancer is up to 60%. I have to mentally cope with the inability to have children, artificial menopause in my thirties, and many other unpleasant consequences...
PET results came back: metastases to the left lung and subclavicular node. I was qualified for Stage IV cancer and thus palliative treatment (i.e. from a medical point of view – treatment aimed at prolonging life while maintaining the patient’s maximum comfort).
They say that in my case, surgery no longer makes sense.
I have to come back every week for chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy every three weeks. How long? It's unclear – "we want you to come back as long as possible.".
I can't cope with it mentally... I'm helpless, I'm falling into total despair - as if it was easy before...
Even when a certain famous doctor put a cross on me – „"I don't know if it's your fault or the doctors'..."” – I heard.
In December 2024, I began chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy. After just the second course, my white blood cell count dropped to dangerous levels. They sent me home to recover. A third course was administered, but this time with those unpleasant injections in the abdomen to rebuild my white blood cells.
My head started to hurt... I'm familiar with migraine headaches, but this time the pain was so severe that for the first time in my life I decided to call the emergency services. I was accompanied by vomiting, hand tremors, double vision, a failed finger-to-nose test, and the worst was inability to even sign one's name and surname.
A computed tomography scan revealed a ping-pong ball-sized mass in the head, and the next day an MRI confirmed a tumor in the cerebellum, probably a metastasis. breast cancer tumor.
It was necessary life-saving surgery…
I am currently after surgery removal of a tumor from the brain. I'm learning to walk and getting rid of the dizziness. Doctors say I'm recovering rapidly. I hope it continues this way...
Those who know me know that I love an active, sporty lifestyle. I am interested in dietetics, a holistic approach to health, and my passion is mountain hiking.
I appreciate life to the fullest and enjoy every moment. Above all, I have someone to live for. I don't know what my future holds. However, I know one thing – I will never give up 💙.
I regain faith in a better tomorrow mainly thanks to the wonderful, wonderful people around me and my own unwavering strength and courage in overcoming difficulties 💙.
At this stage I need financial support In the fight against a formidable opponent. I will be seeking various treatment methods, so treatment abroad is also a possibility. I want to undergo standard treatment, but also utilize unconventional methods, supporting my body on various levels. I must consult with various specialists, while also covering the high costs associated with supportive therapies and everyday living.
That's why I'm asking for help - all this is beyond my financial capabilities.
Thank you very much for all the help you gave me… 💙🙏🦀
