That's why we're taking action and reaching out with our knowledge to where women live, work, and meet every day—to schools, community centers, Rural Women's Associations, and other local communities. Dream:
Don't put off your health for later!
Work, home, family, responsibilities, meetings, and to-do lists. It's easy to say, "I'll deal with that later." This also applies to your own health.
We want breast cancer prevention to no longer be something we put off until later. Many women still postpone tests, do not know when and what tests are worth doing, and for many of us, breast self-examination is still not an obvious part of self-care.
That's why this time we are taking preventive measures to everyday life. To the places we go every day – for coffee, at the cinema, theater, library, beauty salon, yoga class, or at work.
As part of the campaign „This place is reserved for your health” We want to spread awareness about breast cancer prevention even more widely. Not only by publishing information online, but above all reach out to people and local communities with education.
We run and develop, among others:
- free training in breast self-examination – also for Rural Women’s Circles, schools, community centers and other local communities,
- webinars and educational meetings, during which we talk about breast cancer prevention and answer questions,
- workshops for our pupils, during which health knowledge becomes part of everyday self-care,
- educational materials and information activities, thanks to which knowledge about prevention can reach further – also to people who do not seek such information on a daily basis.
We want to reach where everyday life takes place: schools, community centers, local communities, workplaces and meetings. Because talking about health doesn't have to start in the doctor's office.
🎯 Our goal: PLN 20,000
We want to collect 20,000 PLN, which we will allocate to the development and implementation of educational activities related to breast cancer prevention – including organizing webinars and workshops, conducting free training in breast self-examination, and preparing and distributing educational materials.
Every donation helps us reach more people with this knowledge.
Because sometimes it just takes a moment to remind yourself that your own health should also be on the list of important things. Don't put it off until later.
