My history
Dream:
In May 2025, I received a diagnosis that completely changed my life – pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately, it proved inoperable due to metastasis. This is a very aggressive form of the disease, and while waiting for chemotherapy to begin, the cancer has spread to other organs. I currently receive mFOLFIRINOX chemotherapy every two weeks for three days. The treatment is extremely demanding and puts a strain on my liver.
Unfortunately, standard treatment is often insufficient. In Poland, the therapies I could benefit from are not reimbursed. The therapies that could save me and
prolong life. That's why my family and I started searching for treatment abroad. We managed to connect with clinics in Cologne, Germany, and Israel. Unfortunately, the costs of such treatment exceed my financial capabilities.
Therefore, I am making a heartfelt request for support for my treatment. I really want to live and get healthy again – that's my only dream. I would like to spend many more years with my family and participate in the lives of my close, beloved sons, meet my grandchildren in the future and take care of my dog Gizmo until the end.
Before my diagnosis, I was very active and led a healthy lifestyle (I watched what I ate, exercised, cycled and skied, and tried new things whenever possible). The disease changed my happy life with my beloved family.
Every złoty will bring me closer to accessing modern therapies that wouldn't be available to me without financial support. Therefore, I wholeheartedly thank you for any help that will give me the opportunity to have extra time—to spend time with my loved ones, which means everything to me today.
