In September 2023, during a routine ultrasound, I found out that I had liver metastases. After further tests, it turned out that it was malignant tumor of the large intestine with metastases. I have had 3 surgeries and a cycle of 12 perioperative chemotherapy. Currently, the tumor marker is significantly above the norm. I am waiting for an MRI and CT scan. My family motivates me to fight the disease. I would like to enjoy my grandchildren and the Polish sea for a long time.

My priorities lately have been mental health and research, as well as determining the further treatment plan for oncology. Unfortunately, new metastases have appeared. Therefore, further treatment will be based on palliative chemotherapy. Despite the negative test results, I feel quite well and I still want to face the disease. That is why I am asking you for help in raising funds for further oncological treatment (away from my place of residence), private doctor visits and medications. The estimated cost of treatment at the moment is PLN 20,000.
