Natalia suffers from lung cancer. Recent tests in Poznań confirmed the presence of disseminated foci of malignant tumor in the lungs, lymph nodes above and below the level of the diaphragm and in the vertebral body.
Over the last 8 years, she has endured over 90 sessions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but unfortunately she was forced to interrupt the treatment in Ukraine and flee to Poland with her daughter to escape the war. The stress of leaving home and the worry for her and her baby's life accelerated the progression of the disease.
Every day Natalia loses not only her strength and faith in a stable future, but also the hope that this future will come at all. The basic available therapies no longer work.
Immunotherapy is the last and only hope for life for Natalia, but the costs of treatment are huge. One dose of the drug costs PLN 7,000, Natalia needs at least 26 such doses.
Every zloty brings Natalia closer to regaining her health and peace.
