It all started before Easter - I noticed the first symptoms (lump) by accident. I didn't know what to do with it, a million thoughts were swirling in my head. At my sister's suggestion, I went for an ultrasound, which resulted in a mammogram.

From that moment on, history moved very dynamically, taking the worst possible direction. The next month was like wandering - the oncologist, CT scan, MRI - all this confirmed my greatest fears. The diagnosis was clear: malignant breast cancer.

Od 24 czerwca zaczęłam przyjmować chemię czerwoną, która oczywiście była olbrzymim obciążaniem dla organizmu. Moje dni były naznaczone wymiotami, osłabieniem i utratą włosów. Obecnie przyjmuję chemię białą w oczekiwaniu na operację, która ma odbyć się 7 grudnia. Pooperacyjne wyniki badań mają określić jak będzie wyglądało moje dalsze leczenie. Ja wiem natomiast, że dopóki nie pokonam choroby chcę chociaż pozbyć się poczucia bezsilności. Pierwszym krokiem w tym kierunku jest finansowe zabezpieczenie mojej sytuacji. Mam nadzieję, że dzięki tej zbiórce będę mogła pozwolić sobie na realizację kosztów niezbędnych w walce z moją chorobą (suplementy diety, leki, dojazdy, kosmetyki lecznicze).

My greatest strength in this fight are my children: my 14-year-old daughter and my 17-year-old son. I am able to make the greatest effort and get up every morning with the same fortitude to be with them as long as possible. When I regain my health, I will enjoy every moment spent with them carefree, without the constant and overwhelming fear of illness. I would like to celebrate my victory over cancer in Vienna, which I have been dreaming of visiting for many years.
