My name is Danuta, I am 53 years old. Since 2020 I have been struggling with ovarian malignancy. I am struggling with one of the most insidious cancers. Despite regular tests, in January 2020 I was diagnosed with high-grade cancer with metastases. I have had several cycles of chemotherapy and my body is very weak. Additionally, medications, supplements, non-reimbursed tests and private medical consultations are very expensive.

A huge opportunity for me is a new generation, highly effective drug - NIRAPARIB, available in Poland, but unfortunately in my case it is not reimbursed. The monthly cost of treatment is approximately PLN 33,000
So far, with the help of my family, we managed on our own, but the moment has come when I also have to ask for help from friends, acquaintances and strangers with big hearts. We are unable to finance this treatment ourselves.

It was a very difficult decision for me to tell my story and ask for help. I was motivated by a great desire to continue living. I have a wonderful family, my first grandson was born last year, who is also a great motivation for me to fight for life. I would like to see him grow up.
