I can do it!
This is how you react when you learn the diagnosis. You take action, believing that you have the situation under control. But there comes a moment when you realize that you have underestimated the “opponent.”

In December I underwent a series of oncological tests that clearly classified the "enemy" - inoperable metastatic breast cancer. It was necessary to immediately intensify actions.

I did additional tests, bought the necessary supplements and preparations to support my immune system in the fight against the disease. The costs of consultations, tests, medications, supplements and a change in diet generated huge expenses. The therapies I use are not reimbursed. As a result, there was a real "tsunami" of expenses that far exceeded our financial capabilities.

I have a wonderful, supportive family – my husband, three adult children and grandchildren. My husband and I are both retired. For 30 years we ran a family catering and events business, serving people. We often supported foundations and charities.

Ironically, in the first year after closing the company, when a calmer but active phase of life was supposed to begin, a diagnosis appeared that verified our plans.

Despite this, my head is still full of dreams that I intend to fulfill. I believe that good returns!
