My name is Elżbieta Roszczynalska and I am a daughter, wife, mother, and soon I will also be a grandmother. Despite my illness, I am a very active and positive person. I spend my free time sewing themed home decorations and taking care of my beloved garden. THANKS to my illness, I also found time for books. However, the most important thing for me is my family, which will soon grow bigger - as I wrote earlier, I am going to become a grandmother. I have worked in a nursery for almost 30 years and I would like to pass on my knowledge about care to my children.

In March 2017, I was diagnosed - malignant ovarian tumor. I underwent surgery to remove the cancer and 5 cycles of chemotherapy.

The first chemotherapy put the cancer to sleep for about a year. After this time I heard - recurrence.

The second chemotherapy put the cancer to rest for about half a year, and I heard again - it had recurred. I am happy with every progress in treatment and I do not lose hope, even when cancer once again does not give up. However, I realized that standard treatment alone may not be enough in my case.

From the third cycle of chemotherapy, I began to additionally support my body with hyperthermia and vitamin infusions. I am currently under the care of a center specializing in supportive care.

Treatments, supplementation, commuting - all this generates huge costs, so I am asking for support so that I can become an active grandmother.
