For as long as I can remember, my life has always been a struggle. For years I fought for the health of my children, to ensure that nothing would stop them from fulfilling their dreams and achieving their goals. My older son was born with severe astigmatism, my younger son struggled with hearing loss and Treacher Collins disease from childhood. Our everyday life was a huge challenge - I tried to be not only a mother, but also a guardian, caregiver and friend. Years later, after numerous surgeries and regular visits to the hospital, I reached the point where my sons overcame difficult experiences and began to arrange their lives. I wanted to watch them graduate and pursue their dream professions with peace and satisfaction, but fate decided to experience me once again.

This time I had to fight for my health. The cancer I'm struggling with (cancer of connective and soft tissues) attacks with great aggression - currently, cancerous lesions cover almost the entire lungs. I'm in the middle of red chemistry, scheduled for about 10 courses. However, when I got to know my opponent, I became sure that standard treatment would not be enough to overcome the disease and regain health. I want to support myself with regular use of immunotherapy and natural medicines, thanks to which I will be able to strengthen my body and minimize the side effects that chemotherapy may cause. However, such treatment involves huge expenses - the monthly cost can reach up to PLN 20,000.

I would like to finally break this bad streak. Our family deserves to finally breathe, enjoy a moment of carefreeness, and take a break from the sight of hospitals. The current reality into which I was thrown from one day to the next is far from my imagination. I dreamed of peace, I wanted to see my grandchildren healthy and carefree. That's why I will fight for my happiness and I won't let it be taken out of my hands. I have a wonderful family around me, my husband and sons who support me at every stage of my fight - they are the ones who give me hope that there are many good moments ahead of me, that this nightmare in which I am currently living will pass, leaving only painful ones behind. memories and gratitude for the health that I managed to regain.
