Hello, my name is Ania, I am 41 years old and I need your help.

I come from Radomsko. I live and work in Krakow. I never thought I'd have to ask for support, but fate threw me such a curveball that I couldn't do without it.

I was diagnosed in September 2022 malignant breast cancer – trinegative – i.e. the most aggressive among this type of cancers. Even though I had tested only half a year earlier, I came across an extremely difficult opponent. Fortunately, the diagnosis was made as quickly as possible and allowed me to start treatment immediately. I have already started a series of 16 weekly chemotherapy treatments, to be followed by surgery and then radiotherapy.

Even though I was dealt very weak cards, there was a joker on the horizon in the form of immunotherapy. Thanks to it, the risk of remission can be reduced by as much as 40%. Immunotherapy involves administering a drug called Pembrolizumab. Unfortunately, in Poland it is reimbursed only for five types of cancer - I cannot count on it. For immunotherapy to be fully effective, I need 17 administrations of the drug every 3 weeks. Currently, the cost of one dose is as much as PLN 13,875.08, which gives a total amount of PLN 235,876.36. Unfortunately, it is beyond my reach, so I am asking you for help.

Even the smallest amount brings me closer to my goal. Every zloty donated and every dose administered means faster recovery and a chance for those magical 40%s that will allow me to continue enjoying life.
