One of Agata's dreams has already been realized! The funds collected on the subaccount (PLN 1,205) were used to purchase hearing aids, the total cost of which was over PLN 18,000. Now there is a second dream left to fulfill - improved eyesight. That's why we are changing the collection amount and continue to support Agata!

DREAM:

My name is Agata, I am 22 years old and I have two dreams - to hear well and to see well.
I have already made my first dream come true thanks to the payments made so far, for which I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I use my hearing aids every day and thanks to them my quality of life has improved significantly.
The second and last dream is correction of strabismus in the right eye.
So I would like to continue fundraising so that I can undergo surgery in the near future.

I was diagnosed with it at the age of 4 months retinoblastoma in the ocular form - a malignant tumor of the retina. After long-term treatment with chemotherapy, laser therapy and cryotherapy, I won the fight against cancer, but it caused it a number of health side effects. The most visible post-morbid defect is divergent strabismus in the right eye, with amblyopia and double vision. So my dream is to have equal eyes. For me, strabismus is not only an aesthetic problem, but primarily causes double vision and considerable discomfort in everyday functioning. Lack of synchronization in the field of vision often deepens in situations of stress or weakening of the body - usually every day at the end of the day. That's why I decided to undergo surgery to correct strabismus to remove defects related to seeing the world.
The cost of the procedure ranges from: approx. PLN 6-7 thousand (including preparation for the procedure and follow-up visits.
