Dream:

Sunan came to Poland from Thailand 23 years ago (in 2001) and at that time she was one of the pioneers who introduced Thai cuisine to Poles in its best, original form, at a time when cuisines with exotic flavors were just starting to appear in our country. As a chef, she worked in many restaurants in the best locations in Warsaw and quickly gained recognition among Varsovians not only for her artistry – and she was recognized by many for, among other things, supposedly "the best Pad-Thai in Warsaw" – but also as a very sociable person thanks to his exceptionally positive attitude towards people, great sense of humour and big heart.

Unfortunately, last year, after an episode revealing intestinal obstruction, she found out that she had colon cancer. She underwent surgery to remove the tumor, but it turned out that the cancer was already in a very advanced stage. With numerous disseminated metastases to other organs. Sunan's positivism does not make her lose hope, however, and she bravely took up the fight against the disease. She underwent chemotherapy, which has the effect of encouraging her to continue to maintain this hope. She is currently waiting for medical decisions regarding the selection of supportive methods of further treatment, not excluding further surgeries. In addition to basic treatment, Sunan also faced the need to include additional treatment for the side effects of very toxic chemotherapy, which, among other things, destroyed her facial skin so much that it now requires regeneration with additional expensive drugs, a supportive diet and requires consultations with many specialists. This is an exceptionally difficult period for her, also financially, because the costs of treatment are beyond her means, and she can no longer continue working.

Sunan dreams of living a life of peace and freedom from ailments. She loves Poland and she likes it here very much, she would also like to visit many places that she has always been curious about, although this will probably not happen…
So now she dreams of at least seeing her family in Thailand. Her children, parents, siblings live there, and being separated for such a long distance is very problematic, mainly because of the increased costs that are added to those already incurred for treatment.
Any support for Sunan in this situation, even a small donation, will certainly be reciprocated with gratitude flowing from her large reserves of positive energy.

Thank you very much on behalf of her and her closest friends!
