I would like to ask everyone to help me in supporting the collection for my husband Piotrek for the non-reimbursed cryoablation procedure.

Cryoablation of cancerous tumors involves freezing the tissue, thereby causing tumor necrosis. Cryoablation treatment can be used in a highly selected group of patients. The procedure is performed percutaneously or during laparoscopic surgery. The entire procedure can be performed under the control of a computed tomography scan or ultrasound. The exposure to very low temperature causes the formation of ice crystals in the diseased tissue, which then damage the structures inside the cells and their membrane, thus destroying entire cancer cells. Cryoablation treatment also damages small blood vessels that feed the cancerous tumor. Cryoablation is used in patients who have contraindications to classic surgery. Cryoablation treatment has many benefits among others it is safe (can be repeated), it is the least invasive method of tumor removal, local anesthesia is less burdensome and after the procedure you can quickly return to your daily activities, it gives satisfactory aesthetic results, it allows you to destroy tumors quickly, safely and painlessly.
In April, Piotrek underwent the first cryoablation procedure, he felt really good, and the effects of the procedure are both visible in the results and felt by Piotrek, because he does not feel any pain in the places where the procedure was performed. Due to the fact that surgical treatment is impossible in his case, the way to combat the development of the disease and thus to stop its process was to perform another cryoablation procedure. This treatment will have a positive impact on his well-being and health, relieve pain, bring long-term results and stop the development of the disease. Unfortunately, this procedure is not reimbursed and we are unable to pay for it, which is why I am asking for help in saving my husband's life.

DREAM:
My name is Piotrek and I am struggling with a disease that has completely changed my life. Until recently, I enjoyed the carefree nature of both my happy marriage and the satisfaction that my job gave me. I have been interested in motoring for as long as I can remember - I felt extremely comfortable in my profession as a truck driver.
Everything changed dramatically in 2020, unfortunately due to illness. I associated the first symptoms (persistent cough, fever and shortness of breath) with the possibility of coronavirus infection. The actual diagnosis turned out to be much more devastating. X-ray and ultrasound tests showed that the cause of my symptoms was malignant kidney tumor. My condition deteriorated rapidly, leaving me unable to move freely. I haven't been going for half a year, so I can't work at my beloved job.
My recovery will be a series of challenges, both physical and financial. At this point, I need urgent rehabilitation and echolaser treatment. This treatment gives me a real chance to improve my health, but due to the fact that it is non-reimbursable and very expensive (PLN 23,000), I cannot take advantage of such an important opportunity.
The disease has deprived me of my passion, but I still have someone who motivates me to fight and stands by me during this difficult time - my wife, who decided to marry me even though I was unable to walk. My wife is my support - she constantly makes me believe in human selflessness and empathy. I would like to repay her for her kindness, recover and build us the house she deserves. I hope that I will be able to overcome the disease, return to work and be a happy husband, and in the future also a father.
Please help me regain my health and make these dreams come true. I want to defend myself and fight, but the disease constantly deprives me of the means with which I could counterattack. I am stuck in an unequal battle - I rely on medications, the cost of which (PLN 1,500 per month) excludes the possibility of financing the procedure I need. With your support, I have a chance to overcome the disease and live without worrying about each day.
