DREAM:

In 2021, Danyil was diagnosed Ewing's meatus on the ilium. We started aggressive chemotherapy, and after a difficult 7 months, the tumor was removed and an appropriate endoprosthesis was inserted. After the surgery, he had to undergo further treatment - chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Just when we thought everything was over, Danyil was diagnosed lung metastases. We started another fight and another cycle of chemotherapy. During the procedure, it turned out that the endoprosthesis was infected, which directly threatened Danyil's life. Therefore, he underwent another operation, this time removing the endoprosthesis. We are currently undergoing surgery to remove the lesions on our lungs. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy only worked on 52% cancer cells. This is definitely not enough... Additionally, further metastases are possible.

We were offered targeted therapy. So far, we have used reimbursed treatment, but unfortunately targeted therapy is not included in it. We know that this is a difficult time for everyone, but we need help so that Danyil can safely and calmly benefit from the opportunities offered by therapy and appropriate rehabilitation. The monthly cost of treatment with targeted chemotherapy is approximately PLN 13,000. zloty. We need treatment for at least a year. We cannot cope with this on our own.
