Update from December 24, 2019
First of all, we would like to thank everyone once again who supported us during this difficult time of Tosia's illness. To those who support us with prayer, kindness, kind words and also materially.
The first period of combined treatment with chemotherapy + herceptin + perjeta, as well as surgery, is behind us. Doctors evaluate the effectiveness of the current treatment very positively.
It was not an easy time for Tosia. She endured all the hardships of suffering very bravely, trying to offer them to God for your intentions.
We still have radiotherapy and further treatment ahead of us (the National Health Fund has provided us with attractions for at least 9 more months), but we trust that everything will end well. Doctors say we were very lucky. We believe that God's Providence is watching over us and we try to thank God for having experienced so many proofs of kindness from all of you - those we know personally and those we have not had the opportunity to meet personally. You are in our hearts and prayers.

We managed to collect PLN 20,000! We would like to thank all our donors wholeheartedly - we are extremely grateful for your support. We are increasing the collection amount to PLN 34,500, i.e. the cost of 3 doses of the drug.

Our mother, Tosia,
You devoted your entire life to selflessly helping others and showing that nothing is impossible. Over the years of your life, you have done an incredible amount of good and supported a great number of people. You gave them comfort and hope. You shared everything you had with them.
When we found out you had it 3 months ago malignant tumor, we couldn't believe it, Why does this happen to people who, like no one else, deserve to live and enjoy full health?
You didn't give up and you fight bravely every day. You continue to focus on the problems of others, help them, and you do not expect anything in return. Your fortitude and belief that everything will be fine makes us optimistic
A positive attitude is important, but without proper treatment alone is not enough.
The doctors mentioned the possibility adding a drug called Perjeta to the standard treatment process, which is not reimbursed. Together as a family, we managed to cover the costs of the first four doses of the drug. The tests after the last session showed that the focus of the cancer was reduced by half, so everything is going in the right direction. Thank God for that. We would like mom to be able to take all the doses. We still have two passes left. We see a real chance of raising some of the funds for the fifth dose on our own
And here's a request to you, my dears - we need financial support to raise funds for the last doses of Perjeta. Administration of one dose of the drug costs PLN 11,500.
