The Art of Living is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in the world, operating in over 180 countries. Since 1996, it has held consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. The Art of Living has collaborated with the United Nations on several major humanitarian projects. Our personal development and stress reduction programs have been incorporated into degree programs and are regularly offered at top universities worldwide, such as Stanford, Harvard, and Yale. Extensive research has confirmed the high effectiveness of Art of Living programs, including this comparative study conducted at Yale University. Art of Living is represented internationally by the International Art of Living Foundation (IAOLF), which serves as an umbrella organization connecting regional, national, and local chapters. In Poland, the first Art of Living program was launched in 1990, and since then, over 1,000 editions have been held. Currently, Art of Living in Poland is represented by Art of Living Education sp. z o. o. and the Art of Living Polska Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
