On October 5th, we had the pleasure of participating in a unique beauty industry event \u2013 Bielenda Professional & SKINART\u00c9 Proesthetic Academy, which took place in Krakow. It was a huge dose of knowledge, inspiration, and positive emotions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At our preventative stand, we discussed the importance of regular health care. We taught self-examinations using manikins, reminded them of the importance of preventative checkups, and encouraged them to be mindful of the signals their bodies send them. Among the speakers was Joanna Niewolik, Coordinator of the Holistic Approach to Health at our Foundation, who led a well-being workshop \u2013 a practical, regenerative session dedicated to mindfulness, breathing, and regaining balance between body and emotions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event brought together many experts from the beauty industry, and topics such as a holistic approach to work, preventative care, mental health, and stress management demonstrated that beauty begins with health and balance. We thank the organizers for the invitation and all participants for such a warm welcome. See you at future events!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
